Dear Valued Customer,

One Source Imaging remains open and ready to help you. As a business that provides essential supplies and repair services to both remote workers and critical businesses, we remain staffed and available to provide you the supplies needed to continue your operation.

We are still accepting orders via phone, email, fax, and online. If you are planning to visit our storefront, we ask that you give a call first to ensure the actual office is open. Depending on the day, some or all of us may be working remotely. We may also have the front door locked except by appointment in order to reduce exposure to both the public and our staff. Phoning ahead will allow us to prepare your order and even allow for curbside pickup if you pay by credit card in advance.

Regarding delivery, we are prepared to take special steps with your order upon request. If you need a delivery during a certain time of day, or require a phone call from outside your facility to arrange a contactless drop-off, we’re more flexible than ever. We can also ship cartridges to arrive by common carrier if you’re not accepting deliveries by other methods. Please inform us of special delivery requirements when placing your order.

The developing COVID-19 situation in the United States has upended many lives and businesses. Our prayers go out to our community, and especially those in healthcare and other front line careers who are putting themselves at risk for the sake of our communities.
