Top-notch customer service with very competitive prices. My workplace orders from them and we recently experienced an issue with a toner cartridge that was not printing correctly. One Source sent a staff member to our office multiple times throughout the day to check in on the status. They were prompt, knowledgeable, and very helpful. You get the unmatched service of a local supplier and prices are fairly competitive with larger suppliers. Because they're local, we're comfortable using remanufactured cartridges if they're something they keep in stock, knowing that if we get a defective one they can replace it same day. (ironically, we've had defects with HP originals but never with One Source remanufactured yet!)
