This is THE place to get printing equipment!! I have been buying printers from One Source Imaging for about 20 years, and I've yet to regret a purchase. But the few times I've gone through Amazon or Best Buy instead, the regrets piled up pretty quickly. Chris and his staff get to know their customers personally, understand their printing needs, and help them find the right printers at great prices. And, for very reasonable fees, they will service your printer in the years after your initial purchase. Online vendors and big box stores simply can't do that.

Top-notch customer service with very competitive prices. My workplace orders from them and we recently experienced an issue with a toner cartridge that was not printing correctly. One Source sent a staff member to our office multiple times throughout the day to check in on the status. They were prompt, knowledgeable, and very helpful. Super customer service, friendly team, excellent technical repair skills. Fast turnaround when I needed it. My HP printer was acting up, which it rarely does, and streaking the page on righthand side. Talked to topnotch Tifanie there, and was able to bring it in first thing in the morning, and had it back by 3 pm that same day, due to deadlines I had to meet, all shipshape, clean printing, thanks to Mark their service technician.
