Top-notch customer service with very competitive prices. My workplace orders from them and we recently experienced an issue with a toner cartridge that was not printing correctly. One Source sent a staff member to our office multiple times throughout the day to check in on the status. They were prompt, knowledgeable, and very helpful. Their staff is always friendly and courteous in person and over the phone. They work hard to support their customers! One Source also helps recycle used cartridges, so your e-waste ends up in the right place.

You get the unmatched service of a local supplier and prices are fairly competitive with larger suppliers. Because they're local, we're comfortable using remanufactured cartridges if they're something they keep in stock, knowing that if we get a defective one they can replace it same day. (ironically, we've had defects with HP originals but never with One Source remanufactured yet!)
