Thanks again for the terrific deal you made me on my printer, it is exactly what I needed for a wonderful price. I've already printed at least once each from my laptop and my iPhone. I spoke with Greg late on a Friday before labor day weekend. He had very prompt and courteous service. He was able to quickly prepare a quote for my company and offer a temporary solution that would fill our customer's need both in the short term, and as a long term solution. Super customer service, friendly team, excellent technical repair skills. Fast turnaround when I needed it. My HP printer was acting up, which it rarely does, and streaking the page on righthand side. Talked to topnotch Tifanie there, and was able to bring it in first thing in the morning, and had it back by 3 pm that same day, due to deadlines I had to meet, all shipshape, clean printing, thanks to Mark their service technician.
