I spoke with Greg late on a Friday before labor day weekend. He had very prompt and courteous service. You get the unmatched service of a local supplier and prices are fairly competitive with larger suppliers. Because they're local, we're comfortable using remanufactured cartridges if they're something they keep in stock, knowing that if we get a defective one they can replace it same day. (ironically, we've had defects with HP originals but never with One Source remanufactured yet!)

Super customer service, friendly team, excellent technical repair skills. Fast turnaround when I needed it. My HP printer was acting up, which it rarely does, and streaking the page on righthand side. Talked to topnotch Tifanie there, and was able to bring it in first thing in the morning, and had it back by 3 pm that same day, due to deadlines I had to meet, all shipshape, clean printing, thanks to Mark their service technician. Grateful for their help!
